Falgun Centrifuge Pvt. Ltd. is a Bottom Discharge Centrifuge Manufacturer in Ahmedabad.
A Bottom Discharge Centrifuge is a high-performance industrial machine used for solid-liquid separation.
It operates by rotating a perforated basket at high speed, using centrifugal force to separate solids from liquids.
It discharges separated solids from the bottom of the centrifuge, making it especially suitable for continuous or semi-continuous operations with efficient material handling and minimal manual intervention.

Working Principle of a Bottom Discharge Centrifuge
The working principle is based on centrifugal force. When the centrifuge operates, the mixture of solid and liquid is fed into the rotating basket.
As the basket spins at high speed, centrifugal force pushes the denser solid particles outward against the perforated wall, where they are retained by a filter medium.
The liquid phase passes through the filter and exits via designated outlets.
Once the separation is complete, the accumulated solid cake is discharged from the bottom of the basket through a controlled mechanism, ensuring quick and efficient unloading without long process interruptions.
